  • All orders require 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment, as most products are made to order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • If your order includes multiple items, shipments may be split according to availability.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • USA: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after shipment.

    • International (outside USA): Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after shipment.

  • During peak periods (such as holidays or the Chinese New Year), or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., global events), delivery may be delayed by an additional 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping prices are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Any available free shipping offers or thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship globally. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any regions prohibited by local regulations.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to prevent return-to-sender incidents.

  • Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
